Just FYI shedding isn't hair loss. A change in hormone levels can induce a "reset" of the grow/rest/shed cycle every hair goes through.
Although hormones may not change much on GH, it does up-regulate androgen receptors so it's the equivalent of having more free testosterone so that may be the cause.
I noticed a little shed when increasing GH dose, but it stabilized after a couple of weeks.
after more than 6 months improving hair with fin/minox etc no shedding or hair loss; 3 weeks into GH i start shedding big. During the 3 months of GH i shed a lot, the moment i stop Gh the next 3 weeks shedding stop.
up regulation of androgen recpetors, prolactin raise, igf1 raise, all can very well lead to more hair loss if you re prone to MPB. could be small changes but that a lot of small changes in hormones that we know that MPB.
u can´t say all shedding is not hair loss, you loose hair ,sometimes a lot in a short time, and mostly dont come back.
for example guys with agressive Mpb they initially are always shedding hair\loosing hair sometimes it slow down but other times you have like 1 year of hairloss in 3 months "shedding" and dont regrowth.
i could use the term shedding or hair loss , but what shedding really mean? for me shed is what dogs, cats etc do going into seasons.
english is not my native languague the shedding is better used for seasonal hair loss, animals or US.
if i shed/loose a lot hair for 3 or 4 months, and mostly dont regrowth in the next 6-8 months is a shed or hair loss ? ( than happen to me 2019 no steroids for years, or hair loss meds)
i know you went to a lot of lecture of hair loss, forums, studies etc.
you probably have more knowledge than me , i mean not hating bro, and respectfully just my opinion.
