HGH inject times

I've been running the same injection schedule for quit some time. I like to revisit and see if any new protocols spark my interest from time to time. I haven't been around MESO in a while and this gh forum looks pretty active.

I take my GH at one of two different times, depending on if I'm training that day or not.

On non training days I take it before bedtime. When we sleep we heal and grow the most so I prefer it then. I'm not concerned with the sleep spike as I'm 50ish and it ain't what it used to be, lol, it also says bedtime injection on some of the pharma kits.

On training days, I inject it before walking in the gym. If I'm running slin I take both before walking in.

I believe consistency is the biggest part but I'll take any advantage I can get.

Any different protocols or suggestions welcome.
 
Im a "noobie" to HGH as i first introduced it to my routine only 4 months ago.

But in general my routine is :
3IU morning right after i wake up.
2IU right before i go to bed

The one thing i noticed right from the start is the fat burning effect' i assume since the only thing im putting in my body before the gym is Pre Workout, its barely 10-20 calories so im still in "fasted" state, so doing my weights and then half hour cardio def made the fat burning effect very real for me, i went down to 10% body fat from around 20-22% in no time.

Im planing on continue this protocol until i get my IGF1-LR3 and then replace the HGH with it for 1 months just for the shits and giggles, plus i understood IGF1-LR3 is much stronger in regards of healing and my shoulders are shit so im willing to give it a try.

Just a quick question, is the LR3 pharmacy grade?

That means you are paying $300 to $600 for the month unless you have come across some type of generic that actually tests as IGF on HPLC. If it's from a regular pep company it won't replace the HGH at all.

Yes I know what you mean.
No it is not pharmacy grade, but I figured I’ll try, worth trying , if I found a legit source ? Who knows lol, I’m going to do blood work or testing in a local HLPC lab.
 
I guess my concern is your shoulders. If you get off the HGH, that IGF you have won't help your shoulders like the gh. I've run pep and pharma. The pep did nothing for healing. It gave me a hell of a pump at the beginning making me think it was doing more.

When your on real shit, you and everyone else knows it. At least if you can cycle on and off for some months with everything on point. It still takes time like everything else we do. It's just another tool to speed up the process if used correctly.

One of the main reasons I use gh is for the healing affects. I can tell the difference in healing by what dose I take. I try not to do under 4ius of a quality generic. The higher I go, the less achy I feel when I wake up. I'm assuming you have a quality product as well since the gh guys here are all on point.

Are you from a different country than the US? Not many places here for HPLC unless you know someone that does it for a living.

Ya, real pharma IGF suppliers can be difficult to find. The do have domestic guys around but they are private or are in private places.

Good luck bro, shoulder are a bitch. I'm overdue for some surgeries myself :oops:

Lol I figured if I’ll get massive pump I’ll know it’s real but after reading what you say I’m not so sure, I’m not from the US, I’m from the Middle East, I have a local university lab which I can send stuff for testing, it’s not as professional as @janoshik but it’s something I guess ?

Def since starting HGH I feel much better, especially since my combo is :
5iu hgh
500mcg tb
500mcg bpc
And now I’ve added 120mg NPPfor the therapeutic effect on joints.

Fortunately I do not need surgery but my shoulders are just like a shitty car, every now and then something is broke…. I even did a PRP injection in one of them two weeks ago almost, which I’m yet to see benefits from.

If you don’t mind asking, what is your shoulder problem and what surgery you due to do ?

Ya honestly man, I wouldn't come off the gh. Depending on how much GH you have It probably wouldn't hurt if you raised your dosage a bit if you were looking for the IGF to do more healing than the gh.

Are you running pharma or generic? If it's pharma, the dose is probably good.

My shoulders are rotator cuffs. Honestly, I have a lot of shit wrong with me. At the end I'm going to end up like Coleman with several surgeries. The only difference is I don't have the money, size, physique or prestige, lol

Hahaha well I’m in the same boat in my right shoulder, had a rotator cuff tears at 2019, AND bicep tear, never been the same since.

And my left shoulder have classification on the superspinatus… I’m doing PT like crazy, shockwave, rehab, acupuncture, chiropractor, all seem to help but nothing solve the problem, I even did a full two months of upper body rest which did do nothing so I just said fuck this shit and I’m doing what I can in the gym.

I run low dose deca for the same reason. Hell, I can't remember not running it, lol

I stick to my own PT, hips are actually the worst but the PT keeps em going. I take kratom before the gym now. It helps but I don't like to take a lot because I would rather feel it than fuck it up even further.

I used to do the chiropractor but always seems to have a week expiration on it, lol My insurance wasn't covering it at the time and I got tired of paying out of pocket every week.

Honestly, I'd rather spend it on gh :p

What really helped me the most was changing my whole training routine, light/moderate weights with a more technical approach.
