HGH joint "pain" - OK to lift or let subside?

Been on norditrope HGH for close to 4 weeks. Started at 2IU ED for first 2 weeks then 3 now up to 4.

Stiff wrists started a few days ago. Sometimes if I twist my wrist a certain way I get a sharp twang - its not really painful - more surprising. Happens a few times a day.

I read people drop doses to reduce sides - question is if I continue should the sides subside? Or is stiff wrists something I have to live with while on gh?

Also should I reduce weight in the gym? The wrists still function , just feel a little stiff on extreme bending.

Any thoughts?

I would back the dose down to reduce sides. I heard that it can fuk your joints and wrists up permanently. The sides may subside also. I would not continue it at your current dose if the sides do not go away. Don't quote me on this. I was just talking to a friend about it and that's what his doc told him. I still have to research it more

Why don't you start by reading the DOSING instructions that are enclosed with EVERY PACKAGE of Pharm grade GH! It's obvious you have not or blatantly chose to ignore them bc a ONE IU is reached after gradually increasing the dose over ONE MONTH!

How can people be so damn ignorant, or is this another age thing!

I heard sides are reduced relatively quickly once you stop GH. If sides did cause permanent damage it would run contrary to permanent damage? I`m sure if you run GH long and hard the damage could be permanent. I could be wrong too tho.

If tolerance building works with GH should I Run 3iu for a couple weeks and upgrade? Or run 4iu for a couple weeks and deal with the sides till I get used to it? Note sides are weird but not in the painful category.

Anyone else have stories of when the sides kicked in? How did you handle it?

That goes contrary to a lot of what I read. Plenty stories of people starting at 2IU with no problems. The pharma companies are covering their ass.

I`m sure the pharma Testosterone also has some advice on dosage. But not useful for cycles.

I got 1 Humatropen and some Nordipens. Neither came with their outer packaging due to
stealth.

"Stories" great follow their advice and enjoy the WELL established sides of GH. You can supplement GH the right way based on existing evidence, or the wrong way using the experience of "bros" (many are citing their experience with GENERIC GH and NOT Pharma) as your guiding light.

But as I suspected your obviously NOT reading the package insert, but rather using AAS forums, PED blogs and boards for your "research".

Just Google "Humatrope Package insert" or whatever GH product your using for the TRUTH! (It's also obvious either your GH is counterfeit of the package inserts were removed bc they are an FDA requirement)

Pharma is "covering their ass", by informing patients of a dosing schedule that minimizes adverse effects LMAO! And if they suggested a 2 IU (decremental vs incremental) starting dose then I suppose you would accuse pharma of trying "to line their pockets", COL

This is one of SEVERAL studies that demonstrates, even though one may use an exponential GH dosing regimen bc the adverse effects of GH are cumulative a more gradual dosing interval is recommended. But of course some just can't WAIT that long and institute some accelerated schedule ,,,,,,, well "that's the way he want's it so he get it".

Moreover the adverse effects are NOT readily apparent in those who are self prescribing GH especially in the absence of lab work!

But I guess Big Pharma is just "covering their ass" NOT, as they are doing what some chose to ignore, being responsible by reporting the most effective and least "risky" means of supplementing GH!

The impatience of Meso noobs is prophetic. They want it ALL; they want it CHEAP, with IMMEDIATE RESULTS, and wo SIDE EFFECTS

Considering almost everything that goes on in this board is contrary to what pharma says I`ll continue to look for advice from users on forums. I can tell you I`m not injecting 1iu of growth for a month. It would be a waste. I think most people would agree with that. Bro science or not.

My sides did not kick in till 3IU, so yes, I can say in my case the Pharma leaflet advice was on the safe side. .

I`m just looking for some info from people with real world experience. Which I hope I can still get even though the thread was sidetracked.

Great advice. Some guys get more sides than others, even on a low dose. Your pain should subside when you lower your dosage

It sucks because u really don't know the sides u will experience, I personally get these narly cysts when I mess with my Igf levels and I've never had a problem like that with anything else. up the dose as slow as u can. Doctor Jim is on his A game. listen to him. I would wait a week minimum when upping the dose. I think u will get the most out of it that way anyways

Luckily no cysts. I will back down to 3 IU for a week or two and then lift the dosage.

Good thing is it is human grade, bad is the cost. At 4iu ED it would cost $11K a year. I can tolerate that but of course like everyone I could spend it on cocaine and hookers and waste the rest.

I have to thank you! The Humatrope Package insert info gives you just about all the info you need to use it safely. I am assuming that a full panel should be done to determine where deficient are, rather then just taking the. Which puts me right back to having to go to the doc. Perhaps the next time I go I can convince them to do the panel and treat as needed.

It sounds like you are trying to fix a medical condition as opposed to utilizing the Anti Aging and Muscle Building properties of HGH - if it was me I`d go direct to a doc if there was a chance I could get it on prescription.

From all I read you`d be wasting 30IU of hgh at 1IU ED for a month if you follow the leaflet. For AA best to start at 2IU and go from there. I started 3IU on week 3. Sides kicked in at 4IU for me.

1) From all I read

2) you`d be wasting 30IU of hgh at 1IU ED for a month if you follow the leaflet.

1) it's clear your "reading sources" are not evidence based but rather rely on the anecdotes of "bros"

2) more bro garbage bc the anabolic benefits of GH are LIMITED in the absence of either AAS and/or Slin. However "low dose" GH has also been utilized as a means of reducing TBF.

3) Someone came to Meso in search of info where the RISKS of GH use don't exceed the BENEFIT, God forbid

Dr Jim - your bedside manner is lacking.

You seem to have your knickers in a twist over something. Seems like MESO users are not your preferred patients.

Note: I never once shat on Darkmatter -however your attitude sprays in many threads.

Bedside manner, hmm last I checked this was an AAS FORUM and NOT a physicians office, lmao!

Try that self serving nonsense elsewhere bc I'm not here to appeal to your senses as some PED enthusiast, whom is infected with "broscience"!

How remarkable after a meager TEN POSTS you believe your qualified to comment on the needs or preferences of "Meso members", lol.

Nonetheless if you don't like my comments try the Meso ignore icon, bc I'm NOT going anywhere, fella.

Back to the question you presented. Yes, continue lifting. 2iu/day is low, very low and if you are getting symptoms so early, then you may be predisposed to carpal tunnel. I've used pharm grade gh off and on for the past 20 years. It was hit or miss when the carpal tunnel symptoms would appear, but when ever I would bump up to 6iu/day I could expect the symptoms to resurface.
On 2 different occasions the symptoms did not subside after stopping gh, but continued to get worse. I've had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands and since have not experienced any reoccurring problems.
Point is, listen to your body. Most times, the problems may go away after your body adapts to the injections, but they may return, as well. There are people that can tolerate even much more, I'm not one of them and you may not as well. It's good stuff, but there are possibly a price to pay for the benefits. As it is when any aas.

A voice of reason tempered with personal experience and reinforced by existing EVIDENCE.

Fact is much of what you're suggesting are listed within the package inserts the OP chose to ignore, subbing bro-science in its stead.

Thanks. Some actual real world advice related to what I asked! Its helpful to hear the risk of pushing through the sides.
