HGH pains??

First time and about 2 months on HGH. Starting to have pains in the palm of my hands and in my quads. Not sure what his going on. Anyone know if this is due to the HGH or volume?

i think this is a pretty common side effect...it means your growth is working...is it like a numbness in your hands

Yeah!! It's weird as hell. It feels like a numb/coldness through the palms of my hands. I can feel it in my joints of my hands. My legs feel real stiff too.

Do you think I am taking too much? Is there something additional I should be taking for the numbing? Are there countermeasures to the side effect?

how much are youtaking? i think most bros use 4 ius a day or so
