I was wondering how long do I have to run hgh for igf1 levels to peak?Reason i ask is because i'm trying to get blood work done but i'm trying to figure out will 15 days be enough or should i wait a month

A very good thread over at PM regarding Blood Serum and IGF tests. Looks like 2 weeks is ideal/peak to get your IGF test done though.
@opti I'm following that thread and also posted there that based on what I've read, igf is till climbing after 2 weeks. The study showed users were tested at the end of every week of the 28 day study. Igf levels continued to climb until the third week based on THAT study.
@Rick Kane, would you happen to have this study? Would really like to read it so I can possibly put it to use in the near future.
I don't recall all the IGF tests results but weren't it just a few HGH's that rose IGF levels past the second week? I recall one of them being the green tops, this is regarding member-Racepicks. Most declined after the second week.

Agreed RK, the medical protocols I'm familiar with opine the "optimal interval" to obtain a peak steady state IGF level as a consequence of GH supplementation varies bt 4-6 weeks.
Of course this is contingent upon the dose being CONSTANT during that period. Ergo the IGF variance should be minimal anytime AFTER 4-6 weeks.

I don't understand why RP's IGF numbers are like that. My doc, who recently retired, would not even entertain the idea of checking my IGF levels for at least 3 months. I'm not saying people should wait that long but there are too many other factors involved and I don't believe that your body can reach peak levels in 2 weeks. JMO
