Is this hgh ruined now. Did not know it needed to be refrigerated because it didn't come shipped with a cold pack. I've had it at room temp for a few weeks

Is this hgh ruined now. Did not know it needed to be refrigerated because it didn't come shipped with a cold pack. I've had it at room temp for a few weeks
I believe they should be stored in fridge before use but after first use they can be stored at room temp for 3 weeks or so if they are the 5 mg.
If they are 15mg they should be stored in the fridge.

I can't tell for sure looking at the pic but if the GH precipitate has been RECONSTITUTED with any solvent the potency can fall dramatically UNLESS refrigerated.
There are several reasons for this but just take a look at a GH molecule as its relatively LARGE, possesses several functional groups, sulphuric and snide bonds (to name a few) and a very SPECIFIC folding pattern.
Oxidation of only a SINGLE hydrogen bond within its lattice can effect it's folding pattern considerably, and when that occurs GH may not bond its ligand effectively.
Fact is the final hurdle in the early years of GH manufacturing required the development of processes that would overcome heat labile folding pattern issues.
The SECRET? COLD PROCESS MANUFACTURING!
If you every have an opportunity to visit a pharmaceutical recombinant factory the first thing you will say is; Damn its cold in here, and shortly thereafter will come, have you a "visitors coat"

For the life of me I can't make out the precipitate nonetheless providing its properly vacuum sealed, which prevents the bane of GH (water) from entering, it may be stored at "room temperature" for up to FOUR WEEKS IF NECESSARY. Otherwise it should be kept in a fridge as you indicated MANDS
Is this one of those "I got norditropin, you don't" posts, lol.

Yes the cartridge is still sealed. I put it in the fridge now. it is 15mg. I am waiting till after this current cycle of aas to run it because last time I tried hgh I got cysts. Guess I won't know if it's still good until I run it. Thanks for the response I appreciate it.
Also it did come pre mixed. Not separated like ive seen some in a cartridges that u mix. Also I do now know which end to take it out of. It looks like both ends could work. not experienced with cartridges and I do not have the pens.

I have the nordipens - I just pin the cartridge end and draw into the syringe - I then draw an additional .5ml bac water and inject the mix- means any dribbles left in the needle are less concentrated.
