Its the way he has always done business. Its the way things were done not so many years ago. Its only way a high volume well established trusted source handles orders.
There isn't any way TP or HK could hold the hands of all those that want to use his product.
TP and HK have been at this a very long time. There are other things TP does with his time. If he was on call waiting to reply to every email from every nervous new customer other areas in his operation would suffer.
There's a reason he has not only survived selling the product at the heart of the biggest scams ever perpetrated against the online BB'ing & Steroid/GH forums, he has flourished. I'm of course talking about Chinese Generic GH. He and HK are the Gold Standard when it comes to the Generic GH biz. Its a simple business plan, really? Testing, testing, and then more testing. Yanking a product that isn't up to standards he's set and then standing behind and backing the products that have passed muster. And there have been plenty of great products that are still talked about today from years gone by.
I've never used his products or any generics. I am going off of memory and calling great products that have been a success for TP and HK.
An example would be a product I read someone refer to yesterday in a post here or somewhere in the Community... The red top Riptropins. Guys loved them. The one knock against them was water gain/bloat. It wasn't enough to keep guys from buying once and then re upping until they were gone forever.
The rips had big shoes to fill. I'd have to say that the rips were improved upon by the Grey Tops that replaced them. Bloat was fixed and wasn't used to describe the greys a single time if my memory is worth a damn.
TP is a pro. Expect a longer wait than with any other vendor of generics. Know that going into things and you'll be ok.
