do you really have to reach your genetic limit to start PEDs?

meanwhile, happy to be looking at the articles here and all the people who post about the questions.
What do you mean by genetic limit?
Like the best body you can before starting PEDs? If so, no not necessarily.

What you should have figured out is proper training, nutrition, and be getting enough rest.

What are your fitness goals? How is your training and nutrition? What PEDs are you considering? @buffybeast

Just a thought actually. not actually a question lol.

I actually really like the figure look and I want to be really as anabolic if possible (if u know what i'm saying) so i do not mind using stronger PEDs.

Currently on 6 days a week, might have to change if i start new job. training for about 2 years straight.
split is back/quads/back/hamstring/shoulder,delt/quads,shoulder
on a bulk now at 370c/140p/40f (155cm,62kg)

main diet consist of rice, oats, sweet potato, chicken breast, greens, protein powder, banana, blueberrry
i eat almost the same thing everyday lol.

I was previously on var for 6 weeks cycle (start with 5mg, week 1 to 3) then 10mg until end i can feel slight growth in me, but not too strong. I'm thinking of winny next round.

Good for you! Sounds like you have everything in order!

The people in the best shape usually eat the same things everyday!

Shorter var cycle... how did you find it?

If you liked var I would maybe try one more cycle of that... perhaps 8-10 weeks at 10mg for most of it.

Winny is good, just make sure you read up on the sides and what to expect .
