What's up my fellow freaks?!?! New guy here. Been lurking a while and would like to say I'm very impressed with the amount of information on this forum. I'm having a good time so far trying to educate myself further with all your help. I see a lot of dudes getting roasted (usually by forum vets) for being ignorant and asking dumb questions. Most of which are easily found if you take the time to explore & read up, usually recommended during their self induced roasting. I'll do my best to restrain my ignorance, however, idiots are rarely self aware. I'm definitely trying to learn protocol as well, hence the introduction. I have never used a forum before and chose Meso as my first after reading quite a bit on other sites as well. Meso seemed the most raw and real to me. I like that nobody pussyfoots around and really encourages education.
A little about me, I'm turning 40 yrs young in just over a month. I'm 6'2 and currently 215lbs at close to 15-16%bf. I've lifted on and off for the last 25 years. The last 10 years was mostly martial arts. I practiced and coached muay thai kickboxing for almost 8 years before trying jiu-jitsu. BJJ broke me. I suppose my body just wasn't used to that type of pressure. Multiple rib fractures, dislocations and lots of strains left me debilitated and depressed. I went out of shape pretty badly over a year and a half but have turned around the last 6 months or so. I'm back on track and feeling much better. Still not sure if I want to pursue martial arts again soon but I'm having fun in the weight room at the moment. I've fallen back in love with iron and it feels good. I've been lifting on a 5 day split with 2 days of intense cardio. I was restricting calories on a very clean diet to around 2500-2800 to drop some excess belly fat. This week I've started increasing calorie intake slowly everyday. Currently eating 3000+ and working my way up to 4000+. Tracking with the "Mikes Macros" app.
I've done a couple mild cycles in the past and am currently preparing for a new one. Keeping it basic at test-e 250mg x2 per week with dbol on a 4 week kickstart. PCT involves hcg last 4 weeks of cycle then clomid and nolva 2 weeks post last pin.
I'll be hanging around, reading up and laughing at all the noobs, like myself, getting schooled. Some of you guys have humor for days!
Glad to be here ladies & gents. Have a great day. I hope I can make a friend or two and hopefully contribute to the knowledge base one day. Stay strong and keep pushing on. Peace. BW
