I'll try to keep this short. I joined to learn from experienced people and be able to talk to others about training, PEDs, bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc. I don't really have a lot of people that relate to these things so just trying to I guess remotely surround myself with like minded dudes.
I'm 29, started training at 14. I consistently made very good progress and over the years learned what my body likes as far as food and training goes and had dreams of competing in BB or powerlifting. When I was 23 I was at my strongest and hurt my back and then a year later had my first daughter. I learned over that time to take care of my body and not just beat the shit out of it. But I only got so far as family took priority over everything so I still trained but it was more to just keep what I had. Well now over the last year I really got my dedication back and I'm almost back to the strength I was at before hurting my back already. Muscle memory is a neat thing. My kids go to the gym with me sometimes and they love it as well. It's a family thing.
Now I've been doing research over the years because I'm interested in the pharmacology side of things and I'm ready to have that extra variable to play with. I know "safe" isn't the right word but I do want to go about it very conservatively and not use super harsh compounds. I just want more drive, motivation, and extra muscle mass. I live the life style so it's not like I would be taking drugs and going out partying or anything. I've been eating good and paying attention to everything that goes into my body since I was probably 16-17(First few years I didn't know I was supposed to eat a shit ton to gain muscle). I do talk to my wife about it openly and she supports me but of course doesn't understand anything that I'm trying to talk to her about. So here I am. This seemed like the best place I could find. And also roasting of vendors is quite entertaining. Thanks for reading.
