Hi everyone,

I've been lifting weights for a number of years. I love it, it's something I'm passionate about. I'm 5'7"...on a good day, and about 165 lbs. give or take..it fluctuates. My body fat percentage is somewhere around 13%. I run John Meadows programs as far as my lifting goes. I like the intensity and the splits! My diet is pretty good..although I have a day here and there where it plain sucks. Recently I was prescribed 200 mg. injections of Test weekly. I've never used any AAS, closest I've come is the old prohormones which are no longer available. I've been toying with the idea of running something with the test like Mast..but I'm new to everything, so I'm here to learn. Thanks to everyone in advance and I'm stoked to be here!

Hey dude, solid intro. If this is your first time your body is being introduced with synthetic testosterone , I’d suggest giving that a few weeks and see what gains you get from that alone and then go from there.
I’m not the most knowledgeable, but that’s where I’d take it if I was in your shoes. I’m sure someone else with more experience would chime in and give their two cents in no time .
Cheers, and welcome to Meso

Thank you! You'e advice sounds solid and I think I will just go with the test. I'm pretty stoked to be on Meso..there's a lot of knowledge to be gained! I appreciate the response...you've got more knowledge than me

I think one good rule to go by is to get the most possible gains with as little amount of drugs as you can. But yes, Meso is a great place to learn from others mistakes and experiences and apply them to your diet/training/drug protocol. You’ll love it here and welcome to the dark side

That's the frame of mind I'm coming in with. I don't want to be yoked like today's bodybuilders. I want to be aesthetically built, like the golden age bodybuilders. I definitely would like to do it in a way that's smart, and minimalistic when it comes to AAS.

Yea give it some time. See how you adjust. And your dr is prob gonna want bloods ev 6 months so once you get in a groove you have to work around that. Unless your at a clinic
