First you should swing by the new member introduction forum an properly introduce yourself. Tell us all about your weight lifting history, future goals, an most importantly stats brotha. If your not past 23yrs old or so you will be advised to not even start in the first place. We need more info about you to be of any help bro. Tell us your stats an such here also;):)

I'm 52, 6 ft, severe back injury but still forcing myself to workout ( because I love it ) I hit my home gym everyday 30 min cardio and work on my free weights as well. Diet is pretty clean as I said this is going to be my first ever cycle and I just want more energy to push through and get some results.
Just looking for some guidance
Thanks

The redundancy that could ensue is just painful. The board is FULL of information that would help you along your journey to answer your questions.
The term spoon fed comes to mind.

But hey. I'll bite.

Testosterone is the base of a very solid cycle.

To be honest this is the very first time I've been in any forum or blog or whatever. There is just so much info out here that it's not clear cut for me. And I have to look up all the terms that I'm coming across .this site caught my interest. Real people with real answers. I may not understand all the info, But I'll get there lol

Welcome, I am also new with similar goals.

Welcome to Meso guys.. Your best bet would be to get a testosterone test done and see if you may need TRT which you might be able to get prescribed though your doctor.

I'm 52 yrs young as well. Take your time, and don't rush. Read, read, and read some more. As JB said, see your Dr.. If you can get a script then that cuts out any UGL which these days is a blessing in disguise, and insurance may cover it. I would also recommend the book "How You and Your Dr. Can Fight Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, and Alzheimers". Great read, and it may help you later on if you think TRT may be a better avenue.

I'm glad I'm not alone lol
I've got Enanthate 250 however because of my age (52) in not sure how much I should take formula first cycle. And what if any other agents I should take. Hoping a forum like this will help me decide

Thanks for the advice guys. I had bloodwork done Friday, should have the results next week.

Burt/Rob, welcome to Meso.

Burt, while youre waiting for the results of your blood work, i would spend as much time as possible reading and researching TRT/HRT in order to educate yourself on the reasons why its important and what it does for the average man. Its also important for you to learn about the behaviors (physical and physiological) to help you understand them further. Much of this can be found here, and also on specific TRT sites like ExcelMale.com.

Do your homework and you'll better off, especially when discussing these terms and topics with your doc later on down the line should you require TRT or simply be interested in running an AAS cycle. Regardless of what you decide, establishing a baseline with your doc is VERY important before you embark on any steroid cycle.

Good luck.
