Hello everyone,
I'm new around here and wanted to share a bit about myself. I'm 40 years old with a keen interest in strength training and martial arts. I've been engaged in strength training for about 13 years, typically working out three times a week. Although I practiced martial arts in my younger years, I've recently taken it up again.
My weekly routine varies between three to six training sessions. Due to the challenges of obtaining TRT through doctors in my country, and the prohibitively high costs of private clinics (where just a blood sample can cost around $1300), I've opted for self-administered TRT.
So far, I've completed two steroid cycles, one focused on bulking and the other on cutting.
In terms of goals, I feel I've reached the size I'm happy with, though, like many, I see the potential for a bit more mass in the chest. Now, my focus is shifting towards my joints, tendons, and skin. My knees tend to creak during squats, and martial arts without knee sleeves leads to knee pain. Additionally, I'm looking to cut down by about 6-8 kg.
Living in Scandinavia, which is considered a high-risk country for certain activities, the most accessible source for gear is through the local UGL guy. I typically purchase enough supplies to last a year, always facing the dilemma of choosing the right brand. One of my future goals is to brew my own Test C to ensure potency and sterility.
Beyond that, there's not much more to say, except that choosing TRT has been one of the best decisions of my life. While physically the difference between being on TRT and not isn't stark, mentally, it's night and day. I used to have a quick temper, but since starting TRT, I find myself much more in control and far less irritable in situations that would have previously bothered me.
