High Estrogen & Progesterone

At the time of these bloods (last week) I was only on 200mg test (since March). Added 500mg DHB the following day and getting bloods again in a month to assess. This being said here are my hormone results:

Test - 28.3 (7.6 - 31.4)
Prolactin - 10 (<18)
Progesterone - 1.3 (<0.7) HIGH
Estradiol - 335 (<159) HIGH
Free Test - 1075 (160 - 699) HIGH - not mad about it

My on cycle bloods for test/eq/npp were all within range, came off that down to 200mg test in March. Besides starting an AI, what should I do?
 
Are you stressed out right now? How often do you work out? How much sleep are you getting? Any chronic fatigue?

Cortisol was at top range of normal, I have been stressed lately (business owner). Training 5x per week. USUALLY 8 hours of sleep but last two weeks closer to 5 or 6 and my energy levels are good

You can lower progesterone by simply resting. Reduce the intensity of your workouts. Replace a couple of workouts with a walk in the fresh air. Relax and your body will thank you ;)
