High FSH and Low T

What’s up guys, thanks for stopping into my long bloods post.
so I have gotten 3 different blood tests since November, and was hoping for some insight from the bro scientists here. Quick background: I'm 33 5'7" 210 pounds 20-25% BF. The last cycle I did was 6 years ago or so and I pctd fine and went on with my life. Currently, not taking weights super serious couple days a week to maintain strength, I do Jui Jitsu 3-5 times a week main hobby right now. Diet is mediocre and 100% why I'm tubby right now (I do know how to cant macros and calculate expenditure just haven't been that serious with it lately). Sleep is pretty decent in my opinion I wake up ready to go every day its usually 6 hrs of sleep max.
Ok so what are we looking at here. I had bloods done from my primary in November and I noticed my test was @330 and that started me into doing DD and thinking maybe I do have symptoms of low T (and for all the haters because of MPMD LOL). The 2nd test is a blood test from Hone a TRT clinic as I wanted to see what my bloods were again and this test was done in January showing @259. Last test was ordered by Viking that one I just got back tonight @278, now this is the one I was most curious about, what would cause my FSH to be so high @11.5 and test so low @278? Just the pituitary over compensating for the low test to keep sperm production up? Would it matter if I banged my wife the night before the blood test? Lastly, lets say I was leaner, eating cleaner, and sleeping an extra 2 hours. How much would this help my test numbers? Now I know the number does not matter per say its about how you feel. I wouldnt say I have all the signs of low T but I do have a few and as I age it will get worse. I do plan on doing a cycle soon and with bloods like this it cant get much worse can it post cycle, and maybe Ill have to roll into trt with this blood work.
