High Intensity Training (HIT)

Being away from the sport for 16 years means your a lier when you say you've been training since age 14 when your give your advice with your resume.

YOU ACT LIKE A 350 LB / 38 YO CHILD, WHO WANTS TO BE CROWNED KING OF THE FITNESS AND BODYBUILDING WORLD. Thats what it means to me.[:o)] YOU AINT JAACK!

Yeah I started lifting seriously when I was 14. I played football and trained with the strength coach after practice. Thanks for being so concerned about me.

Bro you need to go read your post about DC training. Your ego is a little thin. I thought the workout you posted was Dorian's. And still to me [in response to the Original Question HIT] doing bi's before back is counterproductive. I do not see where you get so bothered because someone has a different view.

For you mine is, so fine don't do it.

Also read about projection. Where one claims things about about another's motivations or actions when in reality they are the one behaving that way.

Sorry to me lifting for a purpose is the sport, plus no AAS. Arnold, Dorian are away from the sport. Lifting here and there and is just working out. You are correct I was not religious about it for 16 years. Now that my back is finally fixed/better due to new surgery techniques, after 4 ruptured discs and 2 broken vertebrae, I have decided if Albert Beckels could compete in his 50's then by all means I can when I reach my 40's.

So buck up little camper. I may be all that JAACK and then some.

Geeze I feel like I'm writing to someone about their favorite Pro Wrestler.

After 25 years of training I always go back to this one. It was Dorian Yates' workout also.

DAY 1 -- Chest and Biceps
DAY 2 -- Back and Traps
OFF
DAY 3 -- Delts and Triceps
DAY 4 -- Quads, Hams and Calves
OFF
Repete DAY 1 or OFF

On this BB cycle, your training is 4 out of every 6 days. If you feel you need more recovery time, just schedule an extra rest day into the cycle so that you are training each body part once every 7 days.

I believe Dorin was sort of a HIT guy, at least at one point in his career. I believe he used a modified version that did incorporate some of the principles of HIT. The HIT folks like to mention him when pushing HIT

This is simple it's a sentence that is referring to the previous sentence and general paragraph meaning. If we need to get into a childish bunch of replys about meaningless things. You will win.
