High protein breakfast

Hey guys this might seem like a stupid post here goes anyway . My largest protein meal is breakfast (6am)consisting usually of about 75-90 g of protein. The other 4 meals are about 30g . So question is eating 90g of protein at breakfast even advisable? Should i break it in 1/2 or even 3 times meals? I have a decent amount of time between breakfast and lunch about 4 to 4.5 hrs. Just a little background , i train in the evening around 6:30pm & height 6 ft weigh 190lbs.
 
This morning i had a wrap (P=5g) , 3 oz egg whites (P=15g) , 4oz of ground turkey (P=30g) , protein shake (P=)30g) & 1/4 cup of fat free greek yogurt with some Kashi peanut butter cereal (P=10g). 90g total
 
I would say all that matters is total intake over a 24 hour period so get it in when you can. What REALLY matters is doing that consistently for years though.
