High rep workouts

I have decided to drop my low rep work for chest and deltoids ( 3-6) because of several injuries in the past year. I am now going to concentrate on reps in the 12-15 range, because it keeps getting injured with heavy reps. Any suggestions on how to change my volume or frequency???
 
I think it is a must to switch from low reps to high reps for several reasons. First, I think it is better for your joints to switch to higher reps every once in a while. Even power lifters workout in cycles. Second, I think muscles and CNS can get accustomed to the same rep scheme. Third, it breaks the boredom and gives the workout a different taste. I feel that intensity must always be high, like shorter rest between sets, drop sets, etc. Always keep the muscle guessing, good luck.

Without knowing your current volume and frequency, that would be hard to say bud.:confused:
 
Manwhore, do you have a link to the HIT program. I've heard several people talk about it and I would like to look at it myself. Thanks

what a HIGH REP H.I.T. ? You can take any HIT program .. make your own and just use high reps .. you never saw a HIT program? Send me a PM and i will explain it to you if you can't find any in search ... When i have some time to think i can probably come up with a few other things that may help
