IMG_1194.pngIMG_1193.pngI'm curious about my high dht and high estrogen, is the high dht number because of my elevated tt level? Also any recommendations on a dose regimen of Arimidex thats what i have on hand to control estrogen levels tia IMG_1194.pngIMG_1193.png

I’m on 500 test a week and my e2 is 60 something on LC/ms.

Are you having issues and WANT to lower it or are you just wanting to lower it because number?

I was taking .5 mg of Arimidex once a week and it actually went up a couple points after i lowered test dose from 300 to 200 week

This is a high reading for ultrasensitive test and from the moment you have side effects there's no doubt you have to lower it. Are you on 200 test now? High DHT is from the high test yes.

yes on 200 mg divided into two week

ly doses any suggestions will help,,,,,,

It doesn't look terribly high. If you're having sides, I recommend a very small does of AI. Don't jump in and crash it. Maybe 12.5 exemestane once a week and see if the sides go away.

I haven't used adex, only aromasin. I think though if you take 0,5 adex 2 times per week on your injection days for 2 weeks and then lower the dose to 0,25 i think you will be ok, but only bloodwork will tell how you respond. A full 1mg for 200mg test seems a bit excessive for me to run it long term. Do it for couple weeks to get it lower and then reduce the dose to keep e2 in normal levels. Just my opinion.
