I know some people have talked about 250mg/ml.

anyone have experience with 300? was contemplating making it. maybe ill just make a small batch at 25% BB and see how it goes. Wanted input before I was the first to dive in.

I made a batch at 300mg/mL in 2/20 McT oil, it held and was still smooth.

I'm planning on a 400mg/mL Mast E concentration, but haven't thought through the ratios yet. Axle Labs has one at that concentration in MCT that I've been using with success.

400mg ml seems doable, a few SST sources carry that without super solvents. I would think 25% bb would hold it. Let us know how it turns out because i have a big interest in high mg mast e

Pretty sure I've seen 500 and it's Janome tested and just using ba/bb.. possibly a higher % of bb.. thus source has a whole high concentration list of like 6 or so compounds.

Mast E is incredibly easy and people don’t realize just how high it can hold. I have it brewed at 400mg/ml at just 2/18 in MCT and it is still very smooth (brewed at 50C). Considering test E can be done at 500 with 2/25, you can definitely go higher. But I haven’t bothered to try.

Magnetic stirrer definitely helps for high concentration blends to just leave it and forget it.

I strongly disagree. with that. they even use castor oil with Nebido.

could utilize more BB as a thinning agent instead of a Solvent

This was my first Mast E. Always used GSO, and had success with Test E at 300mg/ml, Tren E at 200mg/ml and EQ at 400mg/ml. The Mast E never crashed, it's just giving PIP, maybe it's me, since some people can handle higher concentrations than others without PIP. Next time I will brew it at 200mg/ml just out of precation, PIP sucks too much lol

I’ve done this exact method and it turned out perfect.

Only compound I find Tricky when it comes to higher concentrations is test cyp.

Curious what you're preference is of gso over MCT or even MIG, sorry if I missed it? Is it an allergy thing? Have you ran bb as high as 25% previously? When I go that high in any recipe my body tells me it's not a fan.

food for thought. if you inject 3ml of oil, there is atleast 550mg of BB in there.

if you inject 1ml at 50% BB, it still has less than the 3ml.

Mast can hold with fairly low solvent. I make 300mg E with 2% and 22% I haven’t tried a lower amount since this works. I may try 20% just for the fuck of it.

For me it's not about overall qty of BB, more the concentration of this solvent in any mixture. I tend to get slight flu like symptoms when running bb over 20%. I can tolerate it but I find lowering BB and using MCT or even better fractioned c8 allows higher concentrations with much less bb even typical concentrations of test c for instance only needs a fraction of the bb that gso would.

To me it honestly doesnt make any sense. you are still being exposed to the same amount of chemical in the same area and suggesting it will cause more systemic effects because of a higher concentration of oil. Its not even suggesting more localized inflammation.

maybe I am wrong. I am assuming you made it yourself?

Yes all Homebrewed over the years. Still to this day I have this similar reaction when using brews with bb over about 23% everything else being equal there's just something about the concentration at this level that f*cks with me. Almost like this % of BB causes an internal inflammation then my body starts trying to fight it off. It doesn't seem to be total volume of BB rather % concentration. I can inject 6ml shit in both glutes using mig or c8 at 8% bb (300 test e) but 1ml of something at 25% BB in Gso (test e 300) will give me these fluish symptoms. Same raws. I always just assumed it was typical for a lot of folks using bb at high concentrations (again not total volume) like it was maybe damaging cells due to concentration not total volume of BB.
