I am new, this would be my third post as I was late finding this. I have been looking at the site for a little bit and decided to join. I play basketball, box, and have been exercising for 6 years. I am 6' 175lbs. Looking to get stronger. Just ran the 10 k this weekend getting one hr flat, which can definitely improve since a 70 year old beat me. Props to them, I hope I can walk when if i make it to that age. I am not good with long distance. Sprinting and jumping are my string suit. I work out 6 days a week, doing boxing 2 days of that and lifting for 4. I do chest monday, back shoulders wednesday, arms friday and legs sunday. I do legs 2 times a week switching it with my off day or a body part.
Was wondering how this schedule was looking? Also how important is that off day?

welcome, schedule looks fine to me, just keep the workouts intense and make sure you eat right. i'd say a day off is really important. just my 2cents.
cheers
but 2nd thought maybe do legs on sat so to have your rest day on Sun b4 chest day
