I just read the whole thing and it makes sense to me. I have been a distance runner for years but since I turned 35
I have gained 8 pounds that won't go away! My husband loves this as "it's more to hold onto"
but I want my old lean boy back.
I have a good diet and I weight train 3 times a week with some yoga thrown in.
I need a jumpstart.
Any thoughts?
