Hmg and hcg protocol for low sperm count

Can I get an idea of the protocol id need for my low sperm count. I'm trying to save a few thousand by just getting the meds myself. I'm not currently on any gear I just have a low count.my test levels are im normal range..

Most protocols include 500-1000 HCG and 75iu HMG EOD

cuz that is a good protocol. HCG twice weekly, HMG MWF.
