If you dont plan to get your girl pregnant anytime soon then it's a waste. Hcg+hmg are very effective so I see no reason to take it other than getting your girl pregnant.

seems like far more important if have actual hypogonadism. also other benefits rather than just fertility...

Yes, it is because of fertility. We already have a baby, but I want to decrease the recovery time in case we decide to have another baby. Moreover, with this protocol, there are more chances to recover your sperms motility and shape.
It is very expensive, I spent about 1000 usd only to get hMG for about the next three months.
The doctor recommended to take just 75ui of hmg a week and three times 500ui og hcg. But I'm going with two times a week with 75ui because I read that hmg do not last a lot in the body.

If it's to keep testicular function to allow better recovery and reducing risk of permanently damaging your balls then it's better than nothing.

How big is your cycle? If it’s a toy town thing then maybe not. If your going to stop your stones for a long time ABSOLUTELY.

In my case, for example, I only run 250 mg testo E per week.
In 2021, before running the cycle, my sperms count was something amazing and my natural testo was between 4 and 5 ng/ml.
After six months, I stopped it because I developed azoospermia. I recovered after about 4 months by using clomid and I was able to get my wife pregnant. In 2022, I run the same cycle for 5 months, but after the recovery period, my natural testo was lower, about 3.5-3.9 ng/ml.
I think my body get shutdown heavily even at low dose of testo, so I decided to use gonasi and hMG.

mild cycle in my opinion. Reasonable.
I was on 4000mg test per week. 300mg Trenbolone… and the occasional Anapolon…. Possibly spent more money on HCG HMG and Clomid than AAS.

My sperm count was almost zero after all of that…. But after a hellish PCT I have two boys.

My test was ~14nmol and god I felt crap. Doctors told me I was fine. And I may never have kids. So I did my own thing and my test is now top end. Boh.

Long term hcg. Hmg when I could get my hand on it also. Followed by a fuck load of clomid.. Bad times.

the first time I used clomid I did very well, the second time I quickly developed problems at my eyes so I had to stop it. I hope that using HCG and hMG while on testo 250mg I will recover faster this time.. (I hope)
