Homebrew help

I’m new to brewing and recently made a few different batches and keep running into the same problem, Im hoping someone here can help.

I do all the math through basskiller calc and all my measurements through a 10mL syringe. I get all my raw displacements from here or on basskiller but every time I brew for example a 50mL batch I only end up with 40mL of finished filtered oil.

iv tried using different syringes thinking the measurements were wrong and always end up with the same problem.
For context I filter using .22 disposable bottle top filters.

Also the same 10mL syringes I measure everything for brewing are the same syringes I use to fill my 10mL vials.

I tested my syringes measurements by weighing 10mL of water and insuring it came out to 10g and it did so my syringes measurements are correct.

Maybe you can try to cover your becker and use low temp to cook like max 60 C..,maybe lot of solvent just evaporated

I typically don’t go over 150f so I don’t really think it’s that, this has me so confused and thinking my dosage is off considering I have 12g raw but only came out to 30mL, my EQ might be really overdosed along with everything else iv brewed so far considering Iv run into this problem every time.

How do you know it's only 40ml? Depending on the vials you use, they can hold up to 12-14ml.
So if you fill them to the top and you end up with only 4 "10ml" vials out of a 50ml batch it's still all there. Like mentioned before, you'll lose a tiny bit in the filtering process tho.

Its probably gonna be something like this. Something is being overlooked and he is gonna find it.

Worst case you can draw all that shit up in 10ml pulls and verify pretty easy.

I use 10mL syringes to measure what’s going into each vial, those 10mL syringes are also the same syringes I use to measure out my BA, BB and GSO

I put every thing in my beaker then fill just above the 50 mark with my oil. Its a little easier that way. Not super accurate but close enough for me. I dont know how much is lost in my filter but I know some is also lost due to a little still being left in my beaker.
