Homebrew Test E pip after prolonged powder storage

He guys so sterility is top notch so im not worried about that and the powder is kept in a cool, dry, dark place in a zip lock bag.
so im onto my 3rd brew out of a 300 gram batch of Test E powder I brought around 6 months back and the pip is increasing with every batch apart from the very first.
Ive tried to lower both the BA and BB. For instance I made up a 50ml batch the other day with 12.5gm powder , 6.5ml BB , 1.5ml BA , 29.5ml MCT oil. I cooked this brew for at least an hr on medium heat so not to burn the MCT oil and even baked the vials afterwards on 100 deg celc in the oven afterwards.
Nothing has fallen out of suspension , no crystals , just real clear slight yellow tinge oil but boy does it cause some pain for a few days after each injection.
Now I have researched and found this does happen but no one seems to have a solution. I would prefer NOT to double up on oil and have 2ml @ 250 concentrate every time I need to inject.

ANY IDEAS FROM THE BREWERS OR LABS OUT THERE?

My only theory on this is maybe the base is separating from the ester over time. No other ideas. I've seen exactly this scenario posted a bunch of times before though. Often with test e but that's also the most common compound. Personally, I brew it all at once. Keep it stored in sterile solution in sealed media bottle. With BA it will last forever.

Ive just been given an idea to try by a local lab but I wont know the outcome for a couple of weeks unfortunately due to the drawn out process of it all. I'll report back though either way .

This happened to me as well. I have made several batches. The first 2 turned out great,i made another one around 8 months later and it gave me very bad pip. I refiltered everything again, injected annnnnnd.... the same shit again. I still had some raw left so i made a completely new batch. 18bb 2 ba in cottonseedoil as before. Bought new oils, new bb, new ba. Injected and 3 days later i went to the hospital because i thought i had an abscess. After a few weeks i bought test e raw again from the same supplier, made a batch and no pip . A friend of mine whos also a brewing veteran had the same issue with test e. Since this shit happened, i switched to cyp completely. Its def. the fucking raw...

Wouldn't you get cloudiness or shard like formations of hormone from crashing if the ester was separating from the Test base?

I don't know. Test E needs very little to be in solution so maybe enough capacity to hold that to the naked eye. Bottom line...there's nothing else in there that can happen though. Hence it's my only idea.

This is really interesting as I have a few long term stored raws from the same source and I get bad pip from all of them but nothing from a different source that's new.

I was unable to brew with the pip source to see if there originally was no pip but had chalked it up to that source being pip heavy.

This is the first time I'm hearing that stored raws may cause pip to be worse over time and I'm rethinking my original 'this source is bad pip' theory.

I'd like to see more discussion about this as well and if I can brew everything at once and stop the pip that's what I'd rather do lol.

Same issue here. I doubled the oil and started pinning every day. PITA but I'm not going to waste useable product. Probably be good to use with Tren A which I pin every day anyway. I will never buy the amount of raw which i did last time. I been running alot of test (over 1000mg a week) for last few weeks and I feel great. I am using 12.5 Aromasin eod and still getting shoulder pimples so I'd say quality is ok it's just painful at 250mg ml. So painful a quad pin made walking hurt bad for 2 days.

Did you ever tried to recrystalize your test e powder in ethanol or a dual solvent recrystalization ethanol and diethylether? Maybe some kind of decomposition is happening over time, so this could be a solution.

I have the same story as all the others that already posted.... I brewed some test e at 250mg and everything was fine, blood work was even good. About a month ago I made a batch after about a year and a half and the pip was bad. I seen this thread and only injected about 70mg and my fuckin glute swelled up for damn near 2 weeks. I pitched the shit in the garbage. Cyp from now on.

What concentration were you aiming for?
Test E needs no BB to hold at 250 mg/ml.

I went for my usual 250mg concentrate with the usual BB and BA mix.

I have had a few people contact me saying the say exact situation has happened to them. They brought 50 grams or 100 grams etc and the first couple of batches were perfect. They then put the raws into storage for the next brew , and all of a sudden PIP. For what its worth my raws are from landmark.

To avoid storage issues you can always brew the whole batch at once. Then you are "storing" in sterile solution with BB and BA. Shit lasts forever if stored properly and nothing can really go wrong. Gear can last a stupid long time (seen 10+ years and honestly never once seen gear go bad).

Monstar is right. BUT if you want to be careful use it up as fast as you can.
I advise you to get test cyp instead of enanthate. Ask if they can divide it in smaller mylar bags so when you open a bag you brew everything at once and store the other bags.

I've pinned 4 year old gear but they were in amps.
