I got it from Missouri medical supplies for 30 a pop
It is cheaper other places but they fuck you up the ass and back order the shit and ship you 1 vial...
I don't understand a bac water shortage, but apparently that it what there is. Considering I could be selling 30 mil vials of water for 30 bucks i think i am in the wrong business.

I was just using distilled water out of my ro/di filter for a while. I'm still alive.
the needle exchange has sterile water but its in a platic tube with no stopper.

There is no need to heat it at all. You would also need more than 2ml for 100ml of bac water. For 100ml you would need 9ml of BA.
