Nothing crazy needed. I use a coffee cup warmer and a spoon to slightly speed up the process but Test E would combine even at room temp (unless you are in Alaska with the windows open or something)Hey guys is a hot plate needed for brewing test E
Alright cool, thanks guys, so I’ll just opt for the mag stir plate for now, appreciate it.Nothing crazy needed. I use a coffee cup warmer and a spoon to slightly speed up the process but Test E would combine even at room temp (unless you are in Alaska with the windows open or something)
Just the basic $30-$100 options on Amazon man. I can post some pics of you want lol.Show us the options
All the ones I’ve seen on Canada Amazon with heating features are not controllable heat, only control stir, the heat just turns on with no controller for it except for the ones that are upwards of $300Get the hot plate with the magnetic stirrer. It’s 100% worth it to have both features. I use the $100 cnd Amazon one and it works great.
Try this one, bud.All the ones I’ve seen on Canada Amazon with heating features are not controllable heat, only control stir, the heat just turns on with no controller for it except for the ones that are upwards of $300

Thank you!Try this one, bud.
I got my heated magnetic.stirrer off ebay for $76.. the heat controller is fussy.. I use a stainless steel digital thermometer to control heat.. I think it was a good purchase.. makes brewing so much easier.. and heat really helps and is almost nessacary with some compounds to not use super solvents I've been learning/taught by a experienced brewer.
Think I’ll go with the one @MadBret suggested or just a regular stir plate if I really don’t need heat for this part of the process, but from what y’all are saying I may not need heat to dissolve, but it could speed up the filtering a little.Show us the options
I mean, if it’s going to make it *any easier, and a more streamline process 40$-100$ isn’t much to pay for that, I wouldn’t b be spending 300,400+ for something like that but under 100 for sure.dont need a hot plate or stirrer to brew just makes it easier aint worth the coin tbh.
under $100 ok.I mean, if it’s going to make it *any easier, and a more streamline process 40$-100$ isn’t much to pay for that, I wouldn’t b be spending 300,400+ for something like that but under 100 for sure.
Look up the melting point and compare it to the E ester. What about test cyp? Does it need heat?
This should be ok.I got my heated magnetic.stirrer off ebay for $76.. the heat controller is fussy.. I use a stainless steel digital thermometer to control heat..
