I've already brewed a few times without stirrer or any heating apparatus.
Right now, I'm considering to invest in some equipment as I'll be brewing for myself and a bunch of friends.
After searching for sometimes I've found two ways:
#1: Hot Plate w Magnetic stirrer
#2: Round bottom flask in a Heating mantle w stirrer
Which one is best?
hot plate or heating mantle?
(I thinking about hot plate, because it looks like I can easily clean the broad opening beaker compared to the round bottomed flask.)
Separate stirrer or magnetic stirrer?
(Which is more reliable?)
