Like the Title, How do you feel when you're on lower calories than usual on cycle or trt? What are the symptoms you get, that tells you it's time to increase calories?
I'm on 250mg of test per week for the last year and currently about to end a 20mg per day cycle of turinabol for a hobby sport. I would occasionally take a prescribed stimulant that I've been on for years and would be consuming a lot less calories because of the loss of appetite, while on top of doing heavy cardio. I definitely started to feel a lot less of the benefits of the testosterone also even the Turinabol I would have good days and bad days when I know if I had a better diet that I would feel much better on the tbol. I also feel as though my heart isn't recovering enough and is easier for me to raise my heart rate, over time with the lowered calories - I don't think it's been too good on my heart and feel this could be a reason for my recent fight or flight feelings I get. I intend to get my diet and calories up soon.
