How do you inject Semiglutide?

So, my wife is already on Semiglutide but is paying a clinic an excessive amount of money for the injection weekly. Since I know I have a g2g source, we are considering cutting out the middle man.

I have already begun researching but it is slow going and I know you guys will cut right to the chase. Does it only come in a powder form and you have to add a solution or something to it? If she is on .75mg a week how much will I need to conclude last 6-7 weeks if they seem to come in 4mg (vial I guess) ?

I have experience with hormones and AAS but not to well versed in glutides. Also wondering about Tri?
