If you're trying to do it in the steroid underground, you have to get involved a little more in the 24 other subforums to gain access to that. It's something new to the forum, all new members are subject to that.

It really shouldn't be a big deal, just spend time elsewhere posting and it should unlock for y'all.

It must be a new feature because I had the reaction buttons before and they've disappeared for me... Better get posting !
