How far back?

As somewhat of a newb you always see people people getting bashed on for asking rookie or dumb questions that could've easily been researched from previous threads/ posts and the vets are always saying to do your research, but how far back in time is TOO far? I mean with all the new science research and info on new and old UGL's, at what point should we stop looking in time?

You have to know where you've been to know where you are.

Secondly, you should try and read as much actual text and research as possible. Not just bro science. Duchanes profiles aren't current, but his work is still worth reading. "Anabolics" by Llewellyn is another work that I feel is a must read.

A lot of the back and forth bullshit on the message boards isn't going to help you. You've got guys on PH boards talking about how bold 200 takes a long time to work completely disregarding that it's an oral and doesn't have the undeconate ester that injectable EQ does. Lots of just misinformation passed back and forth like the telephone game.

So basically, doing your homework involves reading credible information, not just reading message boards for anecdotal BS.

Yeah I couldn't agree more. And as far as sources I'm assuming you just have to stay with current information on that regardless of how long they've been around. Know the cheapest place to get a copy of that book? I was gonna get it on Amazon but it's still kinda pricey

Bro I would start with the articles on this forum. Start with all the profiles. And just for a good read Millard has a bunch of good articles. I especially found his article on hcg in the pct useful.
And if you have a Kindle the prices aren't bad on it
