how is it that guys in jail get big as hell

Guys just lift hard and rest, but a lot of guys are huge before they go in. My cousin was like that, he looks just like one of those stereotypical motorcycle gang members, 6'3" 260 lbs I would guess (not the leanest guy, but who cares when you're in prison). He says guys lift A) because there is nothing else to do and B) cause small guys get picked on. Unless you are in a crew or gang like you guys are talking about, he says that if you talk smack to one of those guys they beat you in the showers! I thought that stuff was just in the movies.....

Well think about it.Whats diffrent about being in prison/Theres no women!!!
So guys will bang each other supplying vast quantities of testosterone and protein.Also they get lots of Xtra glute work getting raped,hip n leg power(raping lil white boys),and lots and lots of forearm work jerking it.So stronger forearms,glute,legs,hips,will help them bench,squat,dead more weight.Then they
recover with some nice protein drinks(striaght outta some dudes wang)Right before bed thell toke up on some crack rock wich speeds the metabolism.

i thought they took all the weights and machines out of the prisons?

maybe this is just in MA, but i remember being told that all the gyms were being taking out of the prisons because guys were getting to big in jail and posed a threat to the gaurds?
