Well my prolactin came back at 1700 because of Risperdome a anti-psychotic I was taking for schizophrenia. I took caber for 2 weeks have no clue where it is now

The normal reference range. I'm in the UK. I didn't really feel anything at all tbh. You don't really feel prolactin.
I have the same problem as you, a youngster (21) trying to get on TRT while convincing a backwards minded un-speacialised doctor that a t level of an 80 year old man isn't healthy.

Don't take this the wrong but judging by many of your posts, you probably shouldn't be using any aas or peds now. Get treated by a doctor first, do extensive research on everything for future cycles, then try again.

It's in the bloodstream quickly, yes, but the effects can take much longer. Not the same thing, but SSRIs enter the bloodstream quickly, but the effects can take weeks/months of daily dosing to be noticeable.
This shit takes time man. Have patience. As painful as it is to say, I agree with @Ironman 580 in that this will not improve overnight.
High prolactin may not even be your issue. As someone else mentioned (sorry, I forget who), get a sleep study done. You may have sleep apnea.

@GreenAmine your probably right, even if it does lower it quickly it wont show effects for a minute..
@Isrrike i had prolactin levels of 32.7 when i was off everything.. now taking caber .5mg ..should of started with .25 but pill was so small..will switch to .25
