How long for Primo to start acting as an AI

Ive taken EQ and it took a long time maybe 3 weeks to kick in as an AI.

First time using primo 500 test-400 primo split in 2 x per week

Anyone have an estimate how long it took to work as an AI?

As long as it takes to saturate as an anabolic…it has to be metabolized into the products that act as AIs and that will peak when saturation does.

ok so I will continue with letrozole for first few weeks. I want to switch to arimidex because it is less harsh, but I am worried if I stop the letrozole all the bound aromatase is gonna unleash its fury. Ive read mixed info on this.

Do you really have that high of estrogen to warrant that? I wouldn't even automatically run an AI with 500 test, let alone letro of all of them.

Primo kicks in pretty fast as an AI, maybe 3-4 days to start seeing effects. Idk where poster above got the 5 half lives bs at, once it saturates it's doing work. Easily by the end of the first week.

Estrogen isn't a bad thing to avoid like the plague man.

Yea I aromatize pretty heavy. Already have a bit of gyno. I remember before I was on any gear about 12 years ago, my estrone levels were insanely high. Not sure how related it is to E2 but it raised my eyebrow.

I just did the 250 test/200 primo, and took 1.25 letro. I also take HCG and noticed that makes me aromatize quickly

If you just did 200 primo, I'd stop AI use from here out and check your bloods in a month to see how primo works form you.


Having 0 estrogen is far worse than having too much.

Don't just start throwing stuff at estrogen without taking blood work to know what's going on
