how long to stay on?

personally i'd never stay on more than 12 weeks. staying on too long can permanently screw up your hpta. Some guys go up to 16 weeks and do ok. i'm not willing to risk it tho.
 
if its your first time, i'd say NO MORE than 12 weeks. if you can get away with 10, then do that....depending on what you're using.

you need to see how your body will react to different things. how it will react to recovery.

You Need To Cycle No More Than 12 Weeks And Give Your Body Equal Time Ro Recuperate. If You Stay On A Cycle And Never Go Off You Will Regret It In The End.
 
what can be permantly damaged from not cycling on and off?

in the interest of the first question , i have been on for 3 months now , getting ready to come off,,,using cyip and deca, what can be damaged in the body if i were to stay on for another say 10 weeks?
 
I personally advocate longer cycles, though im sure most will disagree. Why do i like em' long? I find that with longer cycles, you stop gaining after a given time, but staying on after that allows your body to somewhat normalize and get used to that weight. I do it this way, 20 weeks at a time, followed by hcg and nolva, and i don't lose a pound when i come off.

Just keep your blood work up to date, and you'll be fine. I also have had no problems with hpta recovery, sex drive is high within 2 weeks of stopping cycle, and actually, it was better than it was towards the end of my cycle (which included test....)
