The big thing with clen is what brand your using. IF its oxyflux you will need more then if its spiropent or a chinese brand.
I would say build up to 80 mcg and see how u are, if you feel you need to up the dose then go up to 100mcg once to build a tolance and the sides are gone. If you need any more help with this taping on and off you can email me.
From what I have read 100 is the avg dose, I was going to go with a peak of 80 mcgs when I start mine since this will be my first time, however, i have not read anything or seen anything on Female doses...I would do a few searches and research and if you still can't find anything go with a lower peak dose to start out with depending on her weight/height/etc... and work up from there, My girl is about to run a clen cycle with me so I will be interested if anyone has heard of a doses for females...they may be the same?
