Gathering information for my personal gym I am building. Need to know approximately how many square feet is needed for the following pieces:
- squat rack - rack of DB 5 - 100lbs
- leg press - 3 pieces of cardio: elliptical, step mill,
- hack squat recumbant, treadmill
- leg ext - ab crunch machine
- lying leg curl - Smith Machine
- seated leg curl - stretching/ab area
- standing leg curl - platform for deads, cleans, bent-over rows
- seated calf
- standing calf - chest press machine
- donkey calf - lateral machine
- abductor - 4 weight trees
- adductor - 3 olympic bars
- power bench - 2 EZ Bars
- cable crossover - Power Block DB's
- pec deck - Glute/Ham Ext
- mobile bench - Preacher Bench
May need additional footage for a few future items.
