how much arimidex

Starting a cycle of 500mg Test Enth per week and 400 mg Deca per week
Have nolvadex and arimidex on hand. This will be my second cycle. Not looking to have a ton of water weight in my face so i was wondering how much arimidex i should take to help with that? And would taking the nolvadex as well as the arimidex help even more with the water weight? What would be the dosage on the nolvadex?

10mg nolva ed
.25mg a-dex ed

you can bump it up to
20mg nolva
.5mg a-dex

if the lower mg's seem not to be working or if your a big mofo like over 250lb.

test dose not really that high but you can try .25mg every other day after the second week if need be. take it when you need it. deca bloat not from estrogen so no help there except maybe the hypothetical winny. nolva? hmmm i hate nova...lol
