How much b12 to take pct?

I'm currently taking 1cc ED. Is this too much?

B12 ed @ 1 cc is fine, I wait untill I feel a little lagging then do a shot, it's usually eod or etd. I love the stuff!

i always just wait until i feel drained then take 1000mcg ussally 2 shots a week ,,,,,
