How much did your e2 drop when you start AI?

I know that everyone is different, but I wanted to get a ball park of how much your e2 dropped when you started an ai, like Aromasin or anastrazole.

Into my first blast and although I’m asymptomatic, I know I’m a high e2 converter — I’m not fat! I’m big bones

Thinking of prophylactically starting anastrazole 0.25 mg three times a week when I inject my test c 100 mg. Will have labs in a month.

Don’t start the AI prior to bloodwork, especially on only 300mg test.

Get bloodwork first then assess if an AI is even needed at all.

Yes. It’s a first cycle. Test only. My cruise dose is 120 mg.

When should I get blood work after starting cycle? I think most day 6 weeks.

If I become symptomatic, I’d get it earlier. I guess my past e2 while cruising was triple the reference range without symptoms and people were saying to start an AI even without symptoms.

I don't like AI's since no one is producing a dosing for men. Seems no one cares about healthy E2 levels, so you either nuke it or you try to split the tablets. Which can be a pain in the ass and no guarantee that the ingredients are evenly distributed within the tablet, since they are not meant to be split.

I am a high converter too and I decided to use primo instead. It is more expensive but more reliable. I've also tried anastrozole, felt like shit and Exemastane (tried to quarter it) and every other day brought my E2 slightly below reference range on TRT, but felt not different to prior high levels of E2.

When I started 250 mg T for the first time I felt lethargic and numb. I just triet it without anything else. Compared to this, Primo and lower levels of E2 seem to help, so I guess I cannot even tolerate 250 mg of T without bringing E2 down.

I use AI from time to time I personally don’t get any estrogenic sides even from 750mg test a week and from years of doing blood work for me it’s 25mg aromasin per 250/300mg of test same goes to arimidex 1mg 2mg..(Pharma grade only)
I don’t mind the bloat from high e2 noticed that the higher my e2 the better my lipids profile is..
I reckon this is why women don’t get heart attacks unless they are fat fks..

Oh yeah to answer your question 1 week e2 dropped in half from 1mg arimidex
Was on 150mg test e and dhea/preg e2 was around 220pmol took half a pill on Monday another half on Thursday and following Sunday took bloods was around 80pmol something like that (they use pmol here )

0.125mg anastrazole 24h, and then 72h after 50mg TE injections. E2 dropped from 90 to 30 ng/L range.

Then crashed below 10 after I had to stop injections to deceive my doctor. This happened even though AI was also stopped. Not sure wtf.

A pretty safe dose of ai for 300 test a week is gonna be like .5mg Adex 2x a week. It'll keep your e2 down but also won't crash it. Test around week 5 with a sensitive e2 test

EU is tough, man. There are some -expensive- online private clinics, but I had to present documented evidence to get insurance prescription for T, or go underground for life.

I know everyone here claims to be on a gram with no side effects but in reality 250mg is a big dose for most men. It's almost never prescribed that high anymore. Consider lowering the dose instead of throwing more drugs in the mix.
