How much do you actually maintain

My question is how much do you actually maintain after a cycle with a proper pct? The reason I ask is BC I've never ran a cycle and it has been a debate the past few days at work. Most of the guys either run gear or have in the past but seem real reckless to me in their approach to dosage and pct from what all I've tried to learn and have read on here. I can't really give an opinion BC i lack the knowledge, so that's why I turned to you guys for info BC I know there is a ton of knowledge here. Thanks for any and all info.

Maintaining gains comes from actually changing your body long enough to set a new norm. It's a little more involved than just 1 cycle, proper PCT and done. Its more like several cycles and walking around larger for a longer period of time. At least that's been my experience with it. I tell anyone who thinks it's a 1 and done deal to stay natural

So if u stay on point with nutrition, how much would be able to keep? Or would you eventually just got back to the way you were before cycle?

Cruising you can still gain. As long as you continue working your ass off and your diet is 100% on point.

Pct no cruise you will lose but as long as your diet is on point your BF will continue to decrease so on your next blast you will benefit that much more

i figured it was more than just a 1 and done but was actually sure how many before you could actually stop and keep what you have when you were happy with the results. BC I'm pretty sure the guys at work never come off that's why they never seem to loose any gains. But they are also careless in their approach compared to what I've learned so far in here

Once u get into it and start seeing changes don't take my word for it ask others but there is not a point where u are truely happy. You want better and when I get better u still look for better. That's why aas is so addicting

i thought that if you decided to cruise it would make it a lot harder to get you body back to normal hormone levels once you decided to shut down for awhile. Or can you just run a pct like normal after a cruise? And if so what would a typical length of cruise be? Thanks for the reply.

Yes it is very very hard for your body to start back up.

This is why once u do the blast cruise method it's a life choice.

What you mean by life choice is your basically putting yourself on TRT before you would actually need to? Sorry for sounding ignorant just trying to understand it all. I never had any idea this much work and chemistry went into aas.

Yes this is why i waited till my 30 to blast and cruise. When messing with hormones in the body u have to go into it with the mindset I could potentially mess up my natural production forever. I got put on trt at 28 due to my fuck ups. Please read up on hormones and make sure you are 100% ready to potentially ready to inject the rest of your life.

I hate sugar coating stuff but that's how it is. I might have missed it but what's your age? And have u ever pinned before. Asking this for a reason not to belittle you

I'm 37 and have never pinned before. I'm just now getting back to where I used to be at a few years ago in the gym. Last time I had my T checked it was 475. Not exactly sure where that stacks up at, it seems that you want to maintain around a 700. I think that's what I've read before.

475 is mid I was 135 when i got tested and prescribed trt.

If your diet is good and you want to do a cycle I would start a okc compound cycle only being your first go. No more than 500mg a week no longer than 12 weeks. Then bust out the pct. keep diet on point and try to train harder than when you were on aas. See how that treats u. Your of age where a lot of guys blast and cruise but just be 100% sure it's what u want to commit too

Many thanks for the answers brother. I have some more questions you mind if I PM?

I know a guy who blasted and cruised for a few years, did a mens physique competition. One of the thickest physiques you've seen. He came off completely and he simply continued the lifestyle, diet, training etc and was able to retain an immense physique.

Smaller of course, but also less bloated, less blocky, more athletic.

You can keep plenty, assuming you know what you're doing, continue living the lifestyle and recover.
