How much is enough for legs?

Leg training always confuses me. I always feel like I can do more, but when is enough enough?
Lets say I do 4 sets of 8 deads, 4 sets of 8 oly squats, 4x8 weighted lunges, calves.
I'll feel like its a good work out, but I'll also feel like I could do the entire thing again by the end.
Is it good or bad to throw in leg press, leg extension, leg curl as well?
Maybe I'm totally wrong, but I always feel like there is a fine line between training and overtraining legs.

First of all Deads are not a leg exercise so get rid of that on leg day, and throw in its place, leg extensions and leg presses or hack squats and leg extensions, also what about your hams? Through in leg curls and a few sets of stiff leg dead lifts. Plus your 4 sets of 8 oly squats, 4x8 weighted lunges, calves. That should do it.

why dont you add more excercises for your legs, power squats are great for the legs, i find the calves bennefit from high sets and high reps,
