day 1- 80mg Nolva
2-6- 40mg
3 weeks of 20mg.

Bro 20mgs a day is more than enough to keep the bloat down, I think ac is recommending dosing to fight off gyno. If your going to run the NOlva through the entire cycle 20mgs is more than enough.
