I am wondering how much t3 per day i should take while on a 3 week dnp cycle. I am also about 3 weeks away from finishing a test e /eq cycle of 1000mg test and 600 mg eq. I would think that I wouldn't lose a lot of muscle while on the test but am unsure. Is 50 enough ot t3 throughout the best bet or should I go from 25 -100 and back down again?

I use 100-150 mcg pd and dose to 800 mg p/day of DNP. If you are gonna do a low dosage of DNP, like 200mg , then i havent found that i require any T3.

Hope this helps...

I would include at least 50mcg of T3 to any
DNP cycle if you plan on running it over 10 days...
Your body produces between 20-25mcg of T3
per day natually if you have a healthy thyroid
condition... With DNP T4 to T3 conversion does
decrease dramatically so you should add T3 to
your cycle especially since you plan on running
it 3 weeks... 50-75mcg should be all you need
and i would ramp it back down slowly at the end...

The normal dose of T-3 to repace your normal T-3 levels is 75-100mcg per day, so if you're looking to just keep your thyroid running at a normal level that should be fine, maybe even 50mcg if you're using a low dose. Anything above 100mcg is going beyond normal levels.

At 100 mcg ed, do you run the risk of losing a significant amount of muscle? Also, would the fact that I am running test/eq change anything? As far as my dnp dosages, I ran 600 mg the first 3 days and now on my 4th. Plan is to run 200 mg ed except for day that I know sweating profusely won't interfere with my work/family. Is there a problem with running it at random dosages like that? Lastly, everyone talks about water weight keeping the scale weight the same throughout the cycle. My weight drops off 5-7 lbs after the first few days on dnp. I t has for all 4 cycles i have run. Can anyone explain that to me?

Some people don't see a scale change due to water retention, others do. I always see my weight drop on the scale throughout a cycle and for a few days afterward, but some don't see that.
There's no real problem varying your DNP dosage as long as you don't go too high, but again it's not a hormone so you're not going to screw anything up by jumping around.
As far as the T-3, if you're on gear you certainly won't lose muscle, if you're off gear I don't think you have to worry too much either. Remember DNP slows down your natural thyroid production, so the T-3 is there just to bring it back up to normal, so you shouldn't lose any more muscle than you would at your normal levels.
