How much T3 with DNP?

I'm just thinking about this right now

How much T3 should you use when you’re on DNP?

It’s said that the drastic weight loss from DNP shuts your thyroid down

So how much T3 should you take to continue losing weight without dying? Because T3 increases your body temperature too as far as I know

25mcg is seen as a replacement dose, would 50mcg be irresponsible?

Rather than playing the guessing game, why not just run bloodwork while on DNP? Objective data beats assumptions every time.

Thyroid will recover, and it does take a hit. I verified it with labs myself. But hindsight being what it is, I won't do it again. Strongly suspect the cataracts I now have are a result. May be completely coincidental. May be just accelerated the formation of what was already going to happen. I'll never know. Getting old sucks.

But the statement you shouldn't be taking DNP long enough for thyroid to tank is a good one. I ran it close to three weeks. I think you can probably do a quick one week burst and possibly just fine on all accounts. But who really knows? Not me. DNP has a very narrow use case when considering the negatives and other options... like if you have a few pounds of fat you just want gone as soon as possible. Emphasis on few... like the very end of a cut.
