How much to send more to vendors (because of fees)

I have the trial membership of coinbase so I guess no fees when buying BTC.
I will buy on coinbase, send to my exodus wallter, from there to the vendor.

Lets say my order costs about 200usd, how much should I add extra so the vendor gets minimum 200usd.

Also are they strict like if they receive 5 usd less?

Some sources are strict. Round up and if you have any doubts, send a little more. Because if they want you to send the difference, you have to pay transaction fees again.

If the transaction fee is $12 on a $200 order, I'd send $220.

One customer sent the exact amount and it turned out to be short due to transaction fees. They made a stink here then sent the exact difference which was still short because of the additional transaction fee. It did not go well.

Any wallet worth af does this. I send a couple extra dollars just to make sure the money change rate doesn’t shaft them right after I send it lol
