How much volume be in an abdominal Sub Cutaneous

How much volume can safely and comfortably administered in an abdominal Sub Cutaneous injection?

Just curious because on my TB500 days I have to take a mL plus I add my other peps in and I get some discomfort and bruising. On other days which are anything under 1/2 a mL I am completely fine and don't even notice.

What have you used and how much SQ?
Any links of recommended medical literature regarding the size/amount that can be safely handled SQ?

I have done 2ml and 3ml before and just get a lil swollen and bruised... I didn't know about slins and used to put 20iu gh in 10iu bacwater.

For oils, anything over .6ml for me causes the notorious lumps.

Limit subq to 1/2ml, theres a reason that's the size of the slin pin. Subq is painless anyways so just be smart and do multiple jabs.

thanks guys. I will just split into multi when needed instead of drawing all into one big one. I will limit for 1/2 a ml--I have zero issue ever with that small.
