how much will I lose?

Hey guys...I was just wondering what the truth is here...I started my first cycle of deca (300mg/wk) test cyp. (400mg/wk) and dbol (30mg/day) for ten weeks...I'm taking anti-e's (nolvadex) and clomid three weeks after my last shot. I hear mixed reviews about how much I will lose of my hard work after I'm done with my cycle. Some say nothing...some say I will keep 80%, some say I will lose majority of it. I don't plan on changing my diet or stop working out. So what's the real deal here guys?

Rev.

Don't wait 3 weeks to take Nolva and Clomid after your last shot. Wait 1 week.

Every cycle and person is different so it's impossible to say how much you retain. How you eat, train and what you take PC determines how much you retain.

Lets hope for my sake I retain most of it...what do you suggest I do about the nolv and clomid...how many mg's a day for how many weeks?

You will loose 98% of it with 24 hours of going off cycle.
:D
Just kidding.

Everyone is different and has different levels of intensity/commitment. If you're that worried, buy some anavar or primo tabs and bridge with that.

rugby i see that you have placed your emphasis on pct which is good but you need remember that that is only a small part of your gains kept. the other part is training and diet. you need to continue with the same eating habits as you did when you were on cycle. if you were eating 4,000 cals during cycle and then after pct you drop it to 2,500 what do you think will happen. the other factor that comes into play is that you need to decrease slightly the exercise load as your recovery time is not what it used to be. you must keep yourself motivated when you are off, remeber the pumps won't feel the same. i suggest using creatine or other supplements. even if they don't work the placebo effect will make you feel good, like if you're on something. good luck.

I would air generally toward you keeping 75-80% if you train and eat right. At least from my experiece with that gear. Good point Ricanboy about the placebo effect of getting back on something. I like creatine.
